RAMADAN 2024 FUNDRAISER
NubiYouth is hosting a special fundraiser through the remainder of Ramadan to support Nubian families in need in Egypt. Your donations will provide food essentials, hot meals, and financial relief for families facing financial hardship this Ramadan. With the economic crisis only getting worse in Egypt we want to ensure we are caring for the most vulnerable members of our community. Let's come together to spread hope and kindness during this blessed month. Please see where your donations will be going below.
Food Packages
Your donations will contribute to providing food essentials like rice, lentils, sugar, cooking oil, tea, flour and other food items to Nubian families in need across Egypt. These food essentials will ensure that families have access to nutritious meals throughout the month of Ramadan and beyond.
Hot Iftaar Meals
Your support will help in organizing hot meal distributions, where warm and nourishing meals will be provided to people in various communities. This effort aims to ensure that individuals who are sick, elderly, or are unable to cook their own meals for any reason have access to freshly prepared food during Ramadan.
Relief from Financial Distress
Through your contributions, financial aid will be provided to Nubians experiencing economic hardships. This support may include assistance with medical bills, utilities, rent, or other urgent financial needs, offering relief and stability to those facing financial distress.
All these initiatives are designed to reach Nubians across Egypt, including remote and underserved areas, ensuring that the assistance reaches those who need it the most. Through a network of volunteers, community organizations, and partnerships, the donations will be efficiently distributed to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Nubians throughout the country.
"The Prophet (ï·º) was the most generous of all the people, and he used to become more generous in Ramadan when Gabriel met him. Gabriel used to meet him every night during Ramadan to revise the Qur'an with him. Allah's Messenger (ï·º) then used to be more generous than the fast wind."
(Sahih al-Bukhari 3554).
